Garrafeira Silvas ships only to mainland Portugal through our partners, CTT Expresso and Correos Express. Shipping rates vary depending on the number of items purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Deliveries are made within 2 to 3 business days.<\/p>\n

At this time, Garrafeira Silvas does not ship to the Portuguese islands or to other countries. In that case, or for more information, please contact us by email at geral@garrafeirasilvas.pt or by phone at 255 534 131.<\/p>\n

Orders can be picked up directly at the store, free of charge.<\/p>\n

All products delivered must be inspected upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, they must return it immediately to the shipping company, clearly state the reason for the return on the carrier\u2019s waybill, and notify Garrafeira Silvas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Garrafeira Silvas accepts returns, within 14 days, of products purchased in accordance with Decree-<\/span>Decree-Law No. 24\/2014, dated February 14.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of a return, the customer should contact us via email\u00a0<\/span>geral@garrafeirasilvas.pt\u00a0within 14 days of receiving the order, indicating the invoice number, subject to the following conditions:<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2013 The product(s) must be in perfect condition for sale and, if applicable, in their original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding invoice.<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2013 The customer is responsible for the shipping costs in the event of a return, and the order must be sent to Garrafeira Silvas\u2019s facilities.<\/span>
