Garrafeira Silvas ships only to mainland Portugal through our partners, CTT Expresso and Correos Express. Shipping rates vary depending on the number of items purchased.

For orders over €90, shipping is free.
Deliveries are made within 2 to 3 business days.

Orders can be picked up directly at the store, free of charge.
All products delivered must be inspected upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, they must return it immediately to the shipping company, clearly state the reason for the return on the carrier’s waybill, and notify Garrafeira Silvas.
Garrafeira Silvas accepts returns, within 14 days, of products purchased in accordance with Decree-Decree-Law No. 24/2014, dated February 14.
In the event of a return, the customer should contact us via email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the order, indicating the invoice number, subject to the following conditions:
– The product(s) must be in perfect condition for sale and, if applicable, in their original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding invoice.
– The customer is responsible for the shipping costs in the event of a return, and the order must be sent to Garrafeira Silvas’s facilities.
– Upon receipt of the returned product(s) and after verifying their condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the merchandise only, via bank transfer, within a maximum of 15 days.
