Citus Red wine is aged in American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels for a period that varies depending on the characteristics of each vintage. It is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using grapes from vineyards located in the Upper Douro. It pairs well with meat dishes, game, and cheeses.
