Ordering and Purchasing Policy
The purchase and sale contract for the products available at Garrafeira Silvas is formalized upon shipment of the order.
The specifications of the products supplied are listed in the online catalog, subject to spelling errors or out-of-stock items.
The images illustrating each product are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the product ultimately delivered. In the event that the images contain a specific year or other specific information, you should always refer to the title and reference on the product’s web page, and never to the information contained in the image itself.

Right of Free Termination
Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the consumer has 14 days after receiving the item to cancel the contract and return the item.
The consumer must notify Garrafeira Silva of the decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax, or email; in the latter case, to the email address [email protected]).
To do so, the consumer must use the attached Right of Withdrawal Form: Download the Right of Withdrawal Form
The right to cancel the contract must be exercised by sending the notice referred to in the preceding paragraph within 14 days.
In the event of cancellation, the consumer is solely responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of the District of Porto shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising herefrom, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
