Selecionamos vinhos de elevada qualidade da Região Demarcada dos Vinhos Verdes para após destilação dar origem a esta Aguardente Velha ímpar. Foi envelhecida nas nossas caves em barricas de carvalho novas e usadas de 500 litros de várias tostas ao longo de décadas, sendo os melhores lotes unidos com mestria num blend único de 18 anos de idade.
Criada como forma de homenagem ao Marechal Francisco Silveira, que recebeu o título de Conde de Amarante das mãos da Rainha D. Maria I de Portugal, como forma de reconhecimento do desempenho no comando das operações militares contra as tropas napoleónicas comandadas por Loison aquando das Invasões Francesas. Destacam-se entre estas a defesa da linha do Tâmega e também a defesa da Ponte de Amarante.
Quinta do Rol XO 21 Anos
Proveniente de uma das três únicas Regiões Demarcadas exclusivas de Aguardente Vínica do Mundo, a DOC Lourinhã.
É produzida a partir de vinhos da Quinta do Rol, de baixo teor alcoólico (9%), alta acidez fixa, sem sulfitos e destilada em colunas de cobre, pelo método continuo. Depois de 21 anos de envelhecimento em cascos de Carvalho Francês e Português, apresenta um aroma fino e complexo, rico em notas de especiarias, frutos secos, mel e flores secas. Na boca, apresenta-se elegante, suave e complexa, de final longo e persistente.

Caves São João Velhíssima 1966
O vinho da colheita de 1965, foi destilado no final de 1965. O envelhecimento iniciou-se na Primavera de 1966. 37 Anos de envelhecimento em pipas de carvalho Francês Limousin e uma pequena quantidade em pipas de carvalho nacional avinhadas de vinho do Porto.
Martins da Costa Abafado 1960
Este vinho abafado foi criado pelo Eng. Martins daCosta, por fermentação parcial de mosto de uvas tintas, tendo a mesma sido amuada por aguardentação. Seguiu-se um período de estágio em vasilhas de madeira avinhada, superior a 10 anos, e em cuba de cimento, por mais de 35 anos. Foi engarrafado em 2015.

Quinta D. Leonor Family Reserve Red Wine
Harvested in early September, with early ripening. Selected grapes and
transported in 25-kg baskets; fermentation without stems in a granite wine press
with foot-treading, temperature control, and extended maceration, resulting in
rich, smooth tannins. 50% was aged in new French oak barrels, made from
225L over 12 months. Bottled in December 2017.
Deep red color, elegant aroma, with ripe fruit well integrated with the
wood. Smooth on the palate, with rounded tannins and a long finish.

Niepoort Redoma Reserva White 2020
O Redoma Reserva Branco 2020 fermentou espontaneamente em barricas de carvalho francês onde fez a maloláctica parcial e estagiou durante 9 meses. A fermentação na barrica e o estágio sobre as borras finas conferem uma estrutura perfeita ao Redoma Reserva que aliado à sua acidez torna o vinho bastante elegante e profundo. No aroma com um caracter bastante floral em harmonia com a barrica, na boca é vibrante e elétrico com um final longo e ligeiramente salino.
Chryseia Red 2022
This wine has a rich, deep red color. On the nose, it offers notes of plum and red currant, with hints of mocha and dark chocolate. The oak is perfectly integrated. It delights us with velvety tannins, followed by a very fresh, long finish.
