A Clockwork Orange
CONCEITO: Depois da primeira e suave prensagem, as uvas ainda têm 10 a 15% de sumo. Deixámos essas uvas macerar por 7 dias e depois voltámos a prensar e retirámos mais sumo, mais concentrado. Este sumo foi fermentado espontâneamente. O resultado é desconcertante, indisciplinado, disruptivo, perturbador… de uma maneira muito deliciosa. Não é um filme, é um vinho. É a nossa Laranja
Mecânica, pois a vida às vezes aplica uma pressão angustiante que apenas tentamos suportar. Aqui, transferimos a pressão mecânica para as peles, o que é uma maneira de lidar bastante saudável.
NOTAS DE PROVA: Cor laranja mel, nariz muito exuberante, notas de laranja cristalizada, algum marmelo quase toques de vindima tardia. Ataque cheio, super texturado a meio de prova, guloso, mas com muita frescura.
GASTRONOMIA: Ótimo branco para arranque de refeições como uma harmonização clássica de Foie gras, ou uma terrina, um branco muito interessante na transição brancos tintos, pela sua intensidade e concentração.

FitaPreta Ancestral White 2019
IDENTIDADE: Fitapreta Branco 2019 é um vinho de origem, um esforço para ressuscitar a velha fórmula dos brancos do Alentejo, utilizando castas típicas da região. Algumas castas como Tamarês (sin. Trincadeira das Pratas) e Alicante Branco (sin. Boal de Alicante) estão reduzidas a poucos hectares. Produzido com intervenção mínima, expressa os aromas e sabores puros do Alentejo.
NOTAS DE PROVA: Cor amarelo citrino, com aroma intenso a citrinos com notas minerais a refrescarem o conjunto. Ataca com bom volume e é rico na retro. Termina com uma frescura impressionante em harmonia com boa fruta. O final é bastante persistente.
GASTRONOMIA: Fresco, com boa acidez e alguma untuosidade, funciona bem com peixes grelhados, saladas e mariscos frescos.

FitaPreta Red 2019
IDENTITY: Expressing the Alentejo through wine. Made from grape varieties typical of the Alentejo, winemaking intervention is virtually nonexistent, highlighting the region’s true aromas and flavors.
TASTING NOTES: Deep violet color. An intense nose of fresh black fruits with hints of dried grass. Full-bodied, rich, and indulgent on the palate, with notes of toffee, and a finish that reveals firm, rounded tannins.
